You cannot place any indoor saunas outside and you should not be placing your outdoor saunas inside.
Our indoor sauna range cannot be placed outside for 2 reasons.
1. The heaters will not be able to reach the desired temperatures due to colder outside environments.
2. The indoor saunas are not designed to withstand exterior weather conditions, so any damage to the structure caused by weather factors will not be covered by the manufacturers Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Each brand warranty is different. We recommend visiting the product you intend to purchase and read through the warranty information on that page or reach out to us and we'll send it over.
Infrared saunas use infrared light to heat your body directly, rather than heating the air like traditional steam saunas. This results in a more comfortable temperature range (typically 110°F–140°F) while still offering deep tissue heating, detoxification, relaxation, and other health benefits.
Yes, shipping is included for most orders within UK mainland areas. Some vary depending on the model and your location, but most saunas ship within 3-5 weeks business days. Tracking information and delivery coordination are provided once your order is processed.
A traditional home sauna usually uses a 3 to 9 kW electric heater and costs around £0.10 to £0.30 per kWh in the UK. This means running costs range from about £0.30 per hour for a 3 kW heater to £0.90 per hour for a 9 kW heater. Preheating typically takes 30 to 45 minutes, which adds to the overall cost depending on how often and how long the sauna is used.
Infrared saunas are highly energy-efficient. On average, running a SaunaSupply sauna costs between £0.08 to £0.40 per hour, depending on the model size, local electricity rates, and how often it's used. For example, a standard 2-person sauna using a 1.5–2.0 kW heater may cost around £2 to £4 per month if used 3–4 times per week. This makes it a very economical option for regular at-home wellness.
At SaunaSupply, we offer a 30-day return window. This means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note that certain products are exempt from no-fault returns; any such exceptions will be clearly noted on the respective product pages.
All SaunaSupply saunas are custom-built to order, individually manufactured according to each buyer’s confirmed design, dimensions, and finish.
Because these products are bespoke and cannot be resold, returns or cancellations are not accepted once fabrication has begun, except where a genuine manufacturing defect makes the sauna unusable.
